We have Goodyear wheels and tires that are all made in the USA. If you wanted to basically search for only USA made options you'd want to hit Goodyear on the filters on the page and you'll see only USA made options. However, we only carry the Goodyear tires in 15" and 16".

I may have a solution for you, but the Thule 575 Snowboard carrier has been discontinued for some time and is no longer available. Instead, you could use the Thule SnowPack Ski & Snowboard Carrier - 4 Skis or 2 Boards - Silver # TH7324, which is also designed to be able to carry 2 snowboards and will fit on the same types of crossbars. This would be the currently closest available Thule carrier that would have the same specs as the 575.

You would need to use a different type of cover since our travel trailer covers do not go up to 37 feet, 10 inches.
